Registration Forms

The EHE2014 Conference Organizer are invinting you all to participate in the EHE2014, to be held in Porto, in 24th April 2014.

This year, all registration/application will be made in specific forms, here in this page for download, and must be sent by e-mail to the Conference secretariat:
ehe2014-secretariado@apdee.org .

Individual Registration

All authors, co-authors, students (MSc and PhD), participants and accompanying persons, with intention to participate in EHE2014, must fill the form bellow for the registration in the Conference:

Extended Abstract Application

To submit an Extended Abstract to the Conferece, authors or co-authors and studdents must fill the form below and sent it with the extended abstract to the Conference secretariat by e-mail.

Please note, for each extended abstract you must fill an application form.
