Prospective authors are invited to submit previously unpublished papers relevant to the Conference topics until 09th December of 2013. Papers will be reviewed upon one or maximum two pages extended abstracts, to be included in the Conference Proceedings.

Authors of accepted extended abstracts will be asked to submit a full version (up to 6 pages) of the papers to be considered for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings CD-Rom, and will also be peer reviewed for possible inclusion in international journals or monographs.

16th December	2013	Acceptance Notification
31st December	2013	Reduced Payment Registration Fee due
